From my work with athletes on understanding the 6 elements of their LIFE WHEEL and the importance of life balance for sporting success, the thing that most of them struggle with is how to attend to and devote enough time to each element when there is only 24 hours in a day!! I’m sure everyone has had days where you feel you have been running around aimlessly, like a headless chicken, trying to get everything done and yet you feel unhappy or no sense of accomplishment, despite of all the things you do get done. This is where our focus turns to the skill of Time Management. At the core of this skill is the objective of WORKING SMART each day by scheduling and managing so many tasks.
